Depends on where you live,and how complicated your tax situation is. If you're just using a long 1040 or something, I would say that around $150-200 would be fair. I live in the midwest, so I'm basing it on that.

That would vary a lot depending on what area you're in, and how complex your business is - would vary too much to even give you a range, especially if your business is complex.
