Alright first of all relax, take a couple cleansing breaths--don't worry I'm done with that crap, now to the real help. Do you use daily facial scrub? If you don't begin, and if you do emphasize more on your under the nose area. Don't forget your mousturizer. As for your hair growing back, the whole idea of waxing isn't the greatest because it grows back so quickly. I suggest you have it bleached if it isn't that coarse because then it doesn't grow back because it's there yet you can't see it.

After waxing, it's a good idea to put a topical antibiotic cream (like Neosporin) on the waxed area because with the root hairs removed, the waxed area is able to become infected. Also, could you have been allergic to the wax? Do you have sensitive skin?

Waxing does have side-effects including pimples/spots. Having tried creams, waxing and threading I have now found the best facial hair remover I have ever used called eze-tweeze. When you have recovered from your pimples and you are ready to start removing hair again this would be a much safer option and your hair will re-grow much finer. Good luck.

Are you sure they are pimples? If this was the first time you have been waxed it is very likely that it is just irritation and will go away in a few day. Use a lotion with aloe in it, that will soothe and heal your skin. Also, drink lots of water, that will replenish your skin and make it look healther and hydrate it.

Umm. I don't think the person did it correctly. It sounds like the hair wasn't pulled out at the roots.
Sooth your upper lip w/ some aloe vera and/or 1% hydrocortisone cream. Let it recover.
Find another, more experienced aesthetician and let her know you have sensitive skin.
The other option is to try threading. Here's a comprehensive article about hair removal: http://www.cosmeticscop.com/learn/hair.asp?ID=166

This happens to me sometimes after a wax. They would appear around my eyebrows and above my lip.Its similar to razor burn. You need to be sure and wash your face as soon as possible after a wax.Because the wax can clog your pores. Then you need to apply aloe Vera jell to the area. Don't worry they will go away soon! Good Luck!
