The bible rather talks about horse thieves:
Can horses live outside the Earth?
In my opinion, YES. This is because since God is resolute enough not to appear to us, she or he has to steal a horse at night to ride it on the moon or Jupiter and since I havent heard any story relating a lost horse, God must be bringing them back in the early morning. So we cant say for sure that God is a horse thief but we can say that horses can live outside the Earth. This is because no one finds his or her horses' corpses in the mornings.... This story must give us many clues about the universe and God's nature. God is not a FREAK creature at all.

Along with all other kinds of sexual immorality, sex before marriage / premarital sex is repeatedly condemned in Scripture (Acts 15:20; Romans 1:29; 1 Corinthians 5:1; 6:13,18; 7:2; 10:8; 2 Corinthians 12:21; Galatians 5:19; Ephesians 5:3; Colossians 3:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Jude 7). The Bible promotes abstinence before marriage. Sex before marriage is just as wrong as adultery and other forms of sexual immorality, because they all involve having sex with someone you are not married to. Sex between a husband and his wife is the only form of sexual relations that God approves of (Hebrews 13:4).

Originally marriage (the legal aspect/ceremony) was secular. Socially, if a person was to have sex then the two would be considered married and that law was binding at the time. So, technically there couldn't be sex before marriage because the act constituted marriage, whether the two wanted to be married or not. It does say, however, that it's a sin to have sex outside of marriage (as in cheating on your spouse) i.e. falling under the 10 Commandments,

Fornication is repeatedly condemned in the Bible as a sin that will prevent people from entering the Kingdom. And much as some like to suggest "alternate meanings" for "fornication", it still means exactly what it has always meant - sexual intercourse between unmarried persons.

The word is "fornication"
Mark 7:21
"For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed the evil thoughts, fornications, thefts, murders, adulteries,
and sexual immorality: see 1 Corinthians 6 too.
Also God made a man and woman to be in bondage to one another, that is why it says in the Bible that they will leave their mother and father and become "one flesh" --this is in marriage.

Fornication refers to sexual practice outside the bonds of marriage.
1 Corinthians 6:18
"Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body."
