First of all you are not overweight. But if you want to lose a few pounds this is the best way to do it. When you get up in the morning eat a large breakfast. Your body will burn off the calories during the day. For lunch just eat a small amount like a eggsald sandwich and some chips. For supper eat the least you can because you're going to sleep anyway and you don't need the calories then. Do not drink any sodas at all. No diet sodas either. Drink juice, milk or water. Drinking lots of water really helps.

I call this the Rick diet: It's actually not a diet. It's just a philosophy on dieting. Counting calories, counting "points," reading labels, and all that stuff is too much work. You're bound to cheat or forget to do it. Telling yourself you're going to "eat healthy" is too vague of a statement. The best thing to do is set specific goals. I suggest tackling two or three at a time of the following:
-Nothing deep fried (Everyone should do this one)
-No Red Meat
-No mayonaise, mayonaise based sauces/dressings, or sour cream
-No soda
-No cheese
-No candy/chocolate
With these simple goals, no knowledge is needed on nutritional info. This may not be as quick as a "rice and beans" diet, but you can still eat good foods and lose weight. I lost ten pounds in one week by not eating anything deep fried and no red meat.

First off, do you realize its mid-April??
It would be next to impossible to lose that much weight in that little time and not have any health complications.
Second....your weight is PERFECT for your height. losing 25 lbs, honestly, would make you look like a boy. 100 lbs on a 5'5 frame would make you look ill. Think of how awful you'll look in the wedding photos...and the family will talk behind your back and comment on how sickly you look.

Weighing 125 is not bad. Your only a few inches shorter than me and I weigh that much. You should be happy how you are. But if you want that extra edge maybe try running a mile a day. You'll shed some weight and tone up while helping your heart. That way you don't have to diet..yuck!
