You don't. You tell her about your period problem, and ask her to make you an appointment for the doctor. From there, your doctor will probably put you on methenamic acid- a pain killer which specifically targets that area, however if s/he does put you on the pill your motherdoesn't need to know - Anything between your doctor and you is strictly confidential.
Best wishes,

Tell her that your period is really out of whack, and you feel like your hormones are out of control. Ask her if there is anything your family doctor can do for you. If she's smart she'll say yea the gynecologist can give you something to help regulate your period, and make you feel better.

We're women and we have to deal with having a period. Why don't you discuss this issue with your mom? Don't damage your body by taking birth control pills just to stop your period at such a young age.

Let your mom know that you have a very irregular period and that your health teacher at school went over how birth control will regulate your period and that also makes it shorter and less painful. thats what i did and my mom completely understood.

If you're having problems with your period, you should see a doctor. If he/she thinks birth control pills will help, then they'll tell your mother.

Yes and the Easter bunny is for real and Santa dropped me off a gift a few months ago. She shouldn't believe you, and hopefully doesn't. You are too young for sex, too many bad things can happen that you don't want too.
Now that I have said that...you don't have to ask your mother. Just ask your doctor instead.
