how ? or how can i get a nice hard stomach?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

The best way to lose weight is a diet and cardio, like jogging try it for like 3 weeks and i guarantee you that u will see and significant improvement and try crouches and leg lifts for a hard stomach

Ok listen this may sound IMPOSSIBLE but it is and I did it and it DOES WORK!!! O.K. it's like a diet but it does not make u starve, trust me. So go to www.slimin4.com. Hope this works for you, and it DOES NOT make you EXERCISE.
After the diet you might want to exercise for the hard stomach.
