well i have gained a few pounds and i really want to lose them. but i am scared to try pills and i never have time to work out. what should i do?

Something that I do that has been working is walking for 20-30 minutes during my lunch break at work. It helped my to lose a couple of pounds and it doesn't feel like I could be doing a million other things. It seems to work in a busy schedule.

i am sure you have time, still eat the regular #3 servings a day and instead of eating snacks and being a coach potato exercise when you normally eat snacks and watch T.V... and what ever you do, don't take pills or put a tooth-brush down your throat to throw-up! The girls who do that are stupid and can go to rehab and even die , Anna Nicole died of prescription drugs! and who cares about people who judge you it only matters what you think and don't let peer pressure persuade you. And remember this...
1. it's your own fault what you did to you and that you were stupid enough that your mind didn't stop you!
2. if you die you hurt your family and love ones too because you might never see them again!
3. if you committed sue-aside than you can go to hell and be lonely for forever!
4. YOU DECIDE< YOU CAN MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE!
NOW IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO DECIDE, what's gonna be? it's
your life so get of the computer now and exercise right now!!

DONT try pills, they dont really make you loose weight you just gain it back...i used to to pills so take my word on it..
Seriously its not as hard as people think all you do is eat healthy and not to much food and excersise like jumping jacks. I easily loose how many pounds i want doing that...if you are craveing and are about to give up just think taco bell or looseing those pounds? & if it doesnt work just eat a weight watchers muffin or something with looseing weight ( slimfast bars) remember "the taste lasts a miniute on your lips, but forever on your hips" ;] goodluck!

Do not try diet pills.Working out is actually a key element in losing weight..it helps raise your metabolism (AEROBIC) cardio and (ANAEROBIC) weight resistence training allows you to gain lean muscle which aids in losing fat. If you don't want to work out choose some activity walking, dancing, etc,..but make sure it is an activity you will enjoy so you can make it a habit.As far as diet is concerned try eating 6 small meals and snacks per day instead of 3 large ones.. this akin to a fireplace with wood..if you 'stoke the fire' the more it will burn. Drink 8 full glasses of water per day and include lots of fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet.some actually are negative calorie foods in that your body needs more energy to burn them. Other possibilities to try are oragnic pure apple cider vinegar and/or green tea..both of those have shown to be beneficial in raising your metabolism. Fibre in your diet adds bulk this is found lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and legumes(.dry beans and peas) and helps to supress the appetite. Google Apple Cider Vinegar to see it's great benefits although it may be difficult to get used to it's worth a shot it is also a great antioxident. (Green tea is as well). Try reducing your caloric intake slowly each day. Remember there are 3400 calories in one pouund of fat so if you want to lose one pound you will have burn 3400 more calories than you take in per week. Do not try to lose more than 2-3 pounds per week! Try eating less processed food as they contain alot of simple sugars which will turn to fat if you are not active enough. Good Iuck!

Eat smaller portions of HEALTHY food, (she said after ordering from Dominoes!!)
Also, presentation, as silly as it sounds, helps!! A pretty plate,with a sprig of parsley, foods of different colors...example....steamed carrots,some angel hair pasta in a lemon sauce (it is delicious!...I 'll give the recipe to you if you want it) and some marinated tomato slices. If you absolutely MUST have dessert.....anglefood cake with berries.
Take 2 good walks a day. Drink lots of spring,not tap, water.
ALWAYS important to check with your doctor before going on a diet . Good luck,friend.

Change your diet to a better one until you lose the desired weight. Also drink nothing but water, this helps a lot.

ONE thing diet pills are NOT SAFE so NO.
Ok listen this may sound IMPOSSIBLE but it is and I did it and it DOES WORK!!! O.K. it's like a diet but it does not make u starve, trust me. So go to www.slimin4.com. Hope this works for you, and it DOES NOT make you EXERCISE.

watch what you eat..and you can make a chart or something showing what you have ate! dont eat when its late!
dont do pills!!
