Should we seek out those responsible for deaths caused by medical accidents?

If a medical error or accident is made on behalf of the individuals like doctors and nurses, should we try to seek out those that are responsible for it? Why or why not?

charlie, if you call it an accident, then accidents can happen every where, our job is to ensure that we do our best to minimise them. With this reference I would not support to seek doctors or nurses responsible for accidents. On the other hand, careless health care providers should by all means be sought because they kill when people need support from them! good luck
