Why is it that when a homosexual asks a question about being told that they are going to hell for their "lifestyle" and you answer them with what the Bible says then you become a hate filled person. After all if you don't want to belive it what is the point. After all hell is a biblical prophesy anyway so what difference does it mean.
It doesnt mean I'm judging. The bible if you are going to believe it says to call a sin a sin.Now that isn't me passing judgment or pushing my faith. It's just asking a specific question with a specific answer. No hate at all.

But if you realise that the homosexual doesn't believe it then why do *you* bother to say anything at all? Since you do realise it then it most definitely IS you pushing your faith.

I agree that it doesn't neccessarily mean that you are hate filled. It doesn't mean that you are passing judgement either, since you don't have the right to pass judgement. What you are doing is pre-empting your god's judgement and *attempting* to judge. Are you sure you are worthy to sit in HIS seat of judgement?

You might also want to give consideration to the idea that many christians believe that the levitican laws no longer apply because of the new covenant.

I think the question is, is a sin really a sin? The bible lays out any number of things as sin that we don't care about any more. Ever eat shrimp? You'll burn in hell. Ever shake hands with another man's wife? Hell bound. Does your mother go to church without a headscarf? Your whole FAMILY is going to hell? People suffering from dwarfism? No repentence, just a ticket straight to hell.

Call a sin a sin? Christian's sure don't. Gay people say hey, if we're going to cherry pick the bible, and God made me this way, let's just cherry pick this out too.

Love the sinner, hate the sin. There are no big sins and little sins. While I don't think that homosexuality is a moral defect, I think that many people use the Bible as a weapon against others. Those without sin cast the first stone, the problem with many of those that "preach" to others is that they sin too, we all sin. "How can you say you love my father (God) whom you've never seen, and hate your brother whom you see everyday?".
People like Jerry Falwell and others say that Diseases and Natural Disasters are "God's Vengance". I say to them that if my reward is in Heaven then my punishment is too.

It's true!!. That has happen to me on other moral issues and people get upset at me. I am not in any way trying to pass judgement on anyone, I will let the Bible God (God's word \ Bible) do that. That's one of the reason the Bible is available to us for, for the conviction of sins. I feel that people think that we are the one judging them instead of God. Remember they don't belive the Bible is God's word but instead men's word. Therefore they think they we are playing judge.

That particular "sin" is pretty damn ridiculous and you should now better.

I realize you think this book was written by some god, but seriously, when it starts telling you certain people are less than human for something they have no control over, that's when you start asking "How can this really be the word of God?"

The fact that you don't question it shows me you lack simple compassion for your fellow human. The fact that you assert that this is true shows me you have hate in your heart.

5. Nice People are going to hell if they don't get Born-Again.
6. Weathermen, women are going to hell if they don't get Born-Again.

9. People who work in Taco Bell are going to hell if they don't get Born-Again.
10. Cab Drivers are going to hell if they don't get Born-Again.

How many more People can I tick-off ?
Jesus said Ye must be Born-Again. There is a Reason for this. Your Spirit has to be RECREATED to handle GOD's Power in Heaven. You must be HOOKED back UP to GOD, to make it to Heaven.
Being good, religions so on, CANNOT Recreate your Spirit.
Jesus is the Only One Who can.

I HAVE TOLD YOU THE TRUTH (not yelling!)
Just the way everything ended up Spiritually, when Adam sold out to satan.

Ditto.

It IS passing a "judgement". You're declaring something right or wrong based on a narrow view of ethics that not everybody shares. Try as you might, fuzzy logic doesn't work.

Because the verses you quote are only your interpretation of the scripture...but, you say it with such authority, as if you are God.

Realize, there are other beliefs than yours...you will be surprised that if you go to heaven...there will be people of other faiths, religions, and sexual orientation than you.
