I'm the one that always says it. There are a few exceptions where she'll say "I love you" but when she does say it she'll say it really fast. Most of the time she won't even say it back, though, and she'll just say "Mhmm" or "Okay". Do you all think she could be embarrassed by me?

Not neccessarily. She may be uncomfortable expressing her feelings. Shy people are like that.

omg i know exactly how she feels. i was in the same situation as she is. when me and my ex were going out he would always say i love you to me but i dident really know if i loved him back so i would say thanks or okay. i think that its either that she dosent want to over commit herself or that she thinks that you are moving too fast. if you guys have only been dating for a while and you are already saying that then she probably dosent want to say it back cause she dosent want to over commit herself. dont get mad at her if she dosent say it back. i dont think that shes imbarrassed its just that she thinks that its too soon to say it back or somthing.
p.s.
when i was going out with my ex he broke up with me cause he was moving too fast for me, so if your saying i love you and youve only been dating for a week or two then you need to stop saying that for a while cause if that the case then she probably feels like your too... whats the word... um i dont know... mushy i guess.

I think either she is just shy, or she is playing you and you care for her more than she does for you...If she is generally not shy, be careful...

no of course not!
its not you, its her.
she`s just not comfortable saying it to you directly.
dont force her to say it either .. it should come out when she's ready.
