OMG I could eat shrimp cocktail every day! I love it because it is so cold and fresh and delicious!! That little bit of crunch you get when you bite into a nice, big cold one? Unbelievable! And I always make my own cocktail sauce with hot horseradish (love it) and ketchup - I just can't tolerate the store bought stuff on my little delectable shrimpies! mmmmm...shrimp cocktail.

I'm actually a big fan of jumbo prawns, on skewers, marinated with butter and garlic, grilled on the barbie, and served with a homemade cocktail sauce that has fresh horseradish in it!

MMmmmmmmm, anything with shrimp is my favorite and I love, love, love tangy cocktail sauce. The more horseradish, the better.
