make myself over by buying tanning cream, cutting my hair w. lots of layers , trying nair, getting new clothes, maybe dye my hair..
any advice for improvement..

You are really pretty, love the long hair, but you'd look cute with short also. Forget the tanning cream. You have a gorgeous complexion and shouldn't darken it. And I happen to love your freckles. I have them too. Your hair color is pretty, but if you want to experiment, try L'oreal semi-permanent at home (fades gradually). Clothes? Go shopping and have fun!

No sweetie you shouldn't. You are very pretty the way you are. Why would you want to change the way you look? If you are doing this for you, then it's okay. If you are doing this for someone else, I wouldn't. Sometimes we need a little makeover if we need a change and get bored with our looks. But don't over do it where people will not recognize you. Try it little by little. Do the haircut, then the tan, and the nair then the rest. Do it gradual so you won't scare yourself. Also, make sure you get a professional to do these things so you won't damage your hair. Good luck.

Dont buy the tanning cream... it will turn you oragne since you are on the pale side. Wait for the Summer to tan naturally. Definately cut layers, or even get bangs cut (long whispy ones)... clothes are easy to change, they're just expensive. Go for the new make-up and hair, add some highlights. That will turn enough heads not the clothes.

I think you're gorgeous. you don't need to do anything to make yourself look better, if i were you i would just smile more! you have very pretty eyes too. but if you definitely want a change, shopping for new clothes usually helps... i don't know about the hair cut though. make sure you really want something shorter before you do it or you might regret it in like a week. I wouldn't dye it though, your color is great.

You would look great with red hair. You have the perfect skin and eyebrows for it. I think you are beautiful just the way you are, but if I had to make one change, it would be to make you a redhead. But of course, I am a redhead so I'm biased... hehehe.

if you dye ur hair dye it reddish brown...and cut it in to layers only shoulder length
