i'm training for a 5k and i need some ideas for health foods. i dont know what to do. I need some ideas. plz help

Start with a large salad, some grilled salmon and a baked sweet potato.
The salmon is a great source for Omega-3 fatty acid. The salad is good b/c of the roughage (obviously) and the sweet potato is great for beta-carotene and vitamin A.
All of those vitamins and minerals are good for athletes.

Whole foods (not processed), brown rice, lentils, veggies, fruit, beans, fish, nuts..
