When you have workmen in your house - doing a job - in the house - that is - do you feel you have to ask em if they want a cup of tea ? If so, do you hope they`ll say no ? Like when you have friends or family round, you ask em if they want a cuppa, do you hope they`ll say no ? Don`t you just hate it when they say yes please...? Why is it - we don`t mind making a cuppa for ourselves, but making 2 seems like hard work ?

Lol that is so true.
I am sat here right now dying for a coffee but I'm not moving as by Husband has his brother over and I would have to make 3 cups and that's a piss take in my books..I'd rather go thirsty lol!!

If I'm paying them good money, and paying them for each hour they work, you can bet I don't ask if they want tea! They'll be drinking tea and I'll be paying them for it.

I think it's great when they say yes please especially if they want sugar 'cos then I put salt in it and I keep soya milk in the fridge. Not many people like it. Next time enjoy it when they say yes please and laugh your sad little socks off when you see them turn green and run to the bathroom to be ill. They won't say yes please again.
