They are extremely good to lose weight with. Just make sure when you buy them, look at the amount of sodium and drink plenty of water.. because they are frozen meals they have a lot of sodium so it is important to take in water...
Without the water in your body it becomes difficult to lose weight because you get dehydrated. But the lean cuisines are very good to lose weight. The secret of those meals is the amount of dietary fiber v.s. the calories so any type of food with high amounts of fiber will guarantee to help you lose a significant amount of weight.

OH, I LOVE those things. I eat one every day for lunch at work. I really like them a lot. However, I only eat meatless ones because I don't really eat a lot of meat anyway, and I think the meatless ones taste better. Today, I'm having my favorite...Santa Fe rice and beans. YUM! I started eating them because if you look on the box, they are low calorie, ALL contain LESS than 700mg of sodium, and right on the front it says no preservatives. I was surprised at how good the meatless ones are. The meat ones are probably good if you eat a lot of meat. I also like the cheese ravioli, cheese canneloni (sp?), and the roasted potato, broccoli and cheese sauce. YUM!! I never have to worry about making a lunch or having to eat some garbage now that I have my Lean Cuisines. :)

I love Lean Cuisine but it's kind of a throw-away meal. It doesn't have too many calories but it's not al that nutritious. Make sure you get your 5 servings of fruit and vegthroughout the day , and your protein at dinner.

You will have to look at them in the context of what else you eat. (I'm assuming you are eating more than just one Lean Cuisine meal a day.) Your diet should have a good balance of nutrients.

In a pinch, I'd say they aren't too bad for you, much better than eating fast food or nothing at all, but cooking a meal yourself is probably the healthiest way to go because you know exactly what's going into it.

Yes. They are good and they are good for you. It will help you loose weight. If I may make a suggestion. I love the swedish meatballs and pasta. Also, the vegetable roll thing. I forget what it's called. But, it's like a chinese food. Sorry, I can't remember but it's really good!

The calories are low, but the sodium is through the roof! Look at the nutritional information on the box.

How can something be healthy if it is stored in a box for months? Plus anything microwaved is NOT healthy. Healthy food is "fresh" food, prepared from fresh ingridients. Eat fresh salads, fruits, and prepare your food prepared from scratch.
