Most common issue is gas or gastroenteritis. More uncommon issue can be appendicitis if the pain is localized on lower right hand side. Some symptoms of appendicitis would be severe persistent pain followed by a fever if rupture occurs. Another uncommon issue with women are ovarian cysts. You should attempt to take some gas relief and possibly pepto to see if it helps your stomach. If pain persists, fever develops, bleeding, or light headedness you may wish to seek immediate medical attention.

Well it could be something serious, or something minor.
Our appendix is on the right side..and down low, if it continues to hurt, you should go see a doctor...
Sometimes, we just get aches and pains, that go away in time, maybe just growing pains, or due to excersise.
Maybe lay down and take it easy, and rest...see if that helps..

I notice your id is amynurse...hmm. We're not diagnosing a patient of yours, I hope :)
Could be any number of things. Is it localized? What happens when you press against it? What have you eaten in the past day or so? Still have your appendix?

if you have had sex within the last two months then you could be pregnant, however you could also have gas ( sucks but it can hurt like hell) or you may be "popping an egg" in which case you should start your period soon (within a week.) however if pain persists then go to your doctor, they will know more than you or me.

lower right could be your appendix, it can flair up before going bad all together.
If its kind of to the right and center of your stomache and you notice the pain after you eat, particularly fatty or spicy foods it could be your gall bladder.
See your Dr.

It sounds like small intestine pain. Could be gas or indigestion of some kind.
