If you really are "friends with benefits" then the relationship has already been spelled out...if you are two friends who happend to have sex, and now aren't sure where things stand, that's not "friends with benefits".
If you're old enough to have responsible sex, then be mature enough to handle the situation like an adult. That person is no different than they were prior to you having sex with them...so behave as you always have until you have some signal that tells you they feel something has changed (emotionally) as well.

If you want to play it cool, then stop over thinking the situation. It sounds like you really like this guy, and if all you are is friends with benefits, watch out b/c you could get hurt. Don't expect it to change - b/c trust me, I'm sure he's not thinking about becoming your boyfriend - he's just enjoying the ride. Don't think about feelings, just act normal. It's your little secret, and if you act different around him people DO pick up on it. Trust me! If you can't handle it, get out of the kitchen now b4 you get hurt.

I really think that your best bet is to let them come to you! You really don't want to make yourself too available. If they don't come to you, then before the end of the night I would go up to them and find out that is going on! It can be weird at first but after you talk you will probably be fine! Good Luck!

That's the whole problem with the FwB situation - someone always gets feelings. Look, you have to get it off your chest. Talk to him in private about it - see what he says. Don't be serious, just bring it up lightly. If he brushes it off - you know your answer.

play it cool. a confrontation might make him feel that he has to choose at that moment and the rush could make him do the wrong thing

Always let them come to you. Don't make yourself available to him all the time either. That'll get his attention : ) Good luck!

if your asking these questions then they obviosly decided to play it cool. true love won't be stopped by whether or not you came to them or they came to you. and if your a girl, he should come to you, like prince saving princess.

Just be yourself, his reactions will tell you whether to pursue it or move on.
