No I wouldn't be scared to fly today. As a matter of fact, I did fly this morning, FROM Washington DC to Boston, and it was an easy flight. I fly 100 times a year and I'm sure I've flown on Friday the 13th before and will do so again. Flying is FAR safer than driving (like what happened to the NJ governor). I love flying!

Oh my Gosh. Are you really flying on Friday the 13th? How scary. Just kidding. You'll be fine. As a matter of fact, because 17 million other people are superstitious and won't travel today, it is probably statistically safer to fly on the 13th. Cheers.

Friday the 13th is considered unlucky only in xtian-european cultures, because that's the day the Pope had the Templar Knights arrested and executed. Ever since then a few cultures have considered it an unlucky day.

So unless you're a Templar, go ahead and fly!

Friday the 13th came about because back in the day they would behead people on the 13th of the month and there were 13 steps leading up to the gallows. So unless you're walking to the gallows to get beheaded, you're probably safe.

Nothing to worry about, those flights are very safe. If you are really worried try taking some night time cough medicane or aspirin to knock you out on the flight or maybe have a couple of drinks(not too many though or they won't let you on). But remember, you are safe and it is all good.

Nope. In many countries the number 13 is lucky and 7 isn't. Superstitions aren't fact.

There are studies actually that prove this day isn't any less lucky. Truth be told, no one can really agree on where this one started. There are at least a dozen theories.

No. How many plane crashes have you heard of happening on Friday the 13th?

Exactly. Get on the plane and have a good trip.

Nope.

Bad things don't necessarily happen on Friday the 13th. Bad movies, yes...
