They sure do use the threat of hellfire quite a bit. I honestly believe that many people not all but many are only Christians simply out of fear of going to hell. I wish that they would stop lying already and start telling the truth. Although there are many Christians who are sincere in their faith and I respect them for that.

To know God our maker and to find out what he wants out of us. Taste and see that the LORD is good. If we please him we will be rewarded. For someone as great as God is, would you rather be his friend or his enemy.If you want to know him, try reading the book of John and then if you like that, start at Matthew and read thru the bible.Also, pray that he will give you understanding as you read.

WELL I DONT THINK IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH HEAVEN OR HELL...considering that most of us in here wont be going to either.......but i think it's because of the love you have for wanting to find the truth since there is alot of false religions today
