Not that I'm aware of. But, I might be willing to trade my smoking for some other type of addiction! IF you don't smoke, don't ever start. It's a nasty habit!

what...like your drinking and smoking?....i think you have a serious problem and should seek help from a professional. If you have addiction problems i advise you to call in a trained, experienced phsycologist or something because according to your previous question that i answered you probably are talking about drinking alcohol - specifically wine - and smoking ciggarettes. Please call a professional for not only your sake but for the goodness of your community, friends, and family.

Over and over again....

Started with sucking my thumb. Then I switched up to biting my nails. Then I started smoking. Quit that, and started eating to fill my time.

I'm weaning myself off the eating habit now...Need to be sure that I don't start smoking again, and I'll hopefully be okay!
