First thing you have to have is money most pro-pro-am tours entry fees are going to be from $700.00 -$4000.00 per tournament.Sponsers are almost a must.Second is you have to be versital and confidenttttttttt!!!!!!!Next it takes some luck and a understanding girlfriend or wife who will hang with you when times get rough and they will get rough.GOOD LUCK.And don't forget most pros have 10 to 15 years experience fishing smaller tournaments before they were ready.

How much money are you going to spend pursuing this dream job? ALL OF IT! Every bit of it! Until you start winning $50k tourneys and free Ranger boats on a regular basis you are going to spend.......spend.........spend.

Great luck to you. I'll be watching for you on FLW and BASSMASTERS tour.
