It's definitely Portuguese. The first line says "can you speak with me in Portuguese and I honestly don't know the second line but I'm guessing it was something like "i barely got to see you." It doesn't look like slang, but my Portuguese is pretty sucky and those online translators are worse than I am.

Portuguese from Portugal. This is not slang. But the second phrase looks strange for the brazilians. It means:
Can you talk to me in portuguese?
I was only seeing the pictures.

1.) You talk with me in Portuguese.
2.) I was hardly to see the sights.
Number 2 i took the literal tranlsation because i dont know much portuguese. It doesnt make sense so its like an idiom porbably.
