I know a number of dancers and as you say they are all very slim. And as you say the weight they carry is in there legs. I the weight you may see and feel is muscle. As a dancer your legs are the hardest working part of your body. So they should be the heaviest. Running or power walking may help you slim down your legs but they also become more defined and muscular. Best of luck

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

No, no, no. Don't tell US that you need to lose weight. You are already too thin. Look here:

http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm

Work on toning your legs--besides, losing weight---you cannot spot reduce. Because you are already so thin, your body would only burn MUSCLE and you can't decide where the weight comes off. It's usually in the stomach and glut area......not the legs.

you do no longer ought to lose something i'm 4'11 at one hundred fifteen and that i assure I even have greater muscle than you, what you desire is to construct up and the fat will start to come back off somewhat at a time and gets replaced with muscle. yet except your very lively continuously there is not any thank you to look like the ladies in the mags. and consume healthy meals, no longer fried or packaged television dinners all of it rather is crap. even the so called healthful nutrients are terrible , restoration nutrients to the place you deliver the flavour out. consume 6 nutrients an afternoon (3 reg 3 snacks) and you need to spend no greater effective than a million a million/2 hrs on the wellness club it rather is in the journey that your getting right to the exercises with out conversing lots and not taking long relax sessions between workout(5-6days) , the day you artwork your legs will take longer in case you do alot of lunges and step-ups.. and do cardio 3-4 cases a week no greater effective than 20 minutes at a time easy to average.you need to placed muscle on at which will decrease the fat by its-self w/o cardio. yet you need to consume besides, previously exercises and after.2500 energy atleast to start up and you need to be ingesting properly int 3000 after 2 months, and in case you push your self and do the weights with little cardio you wont get that fat from the nutrients youll be working it off and gaing musle,,look up 'parent women' for workout ordinary plans that could sute you. Did the dance school tell you to lose weight? I doubt it because you are already thin and you can't target weight loss to any certain area. The best you can do is go to the gym and tone up. But if the school didn't tell you to do it, then don't.

Have you been taking dance lessons already? If not, then the school probably won't take you anyway.

You don't need to lose weight. Your body size/proportion is perfect. if you feel that you need to tone up your legs, dance is the perfect way to do it.

Also, try something like pilates or yoga for toning. They're excellent and don't build up muscle "mass", but toned, lean muscles.

Did someone tell you needed to do this? If you regularly exercise your legs you will have larger leg muscles. You should talk to a fitness professional who has a degree in it or your doctor of course. Dieting maybe counterproductive when you already need the nutrition to do your dancing.

I believe walking is the best way to lose weight in the legs, tones, and not as strenuous as using weights. Cardio exercise is best, swimming for example.

STOP WORRYING ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT... YOU ARE 13 FOR GOD SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People need to come to terms on what a REAL body should look like... they have imperfections.

AND, if you were a good enough dancer... your legs wouldn't matter.

Skip waiting areas. When you have an appointment, check in and then go for a walk until this receptionist phones you.
