If you throw anything into a den of atheists, you will receive a 20 page compositional analysis of whatever you threw in there within twenty minutes. Once that's done, they will be bored with it and go back to whatever they were doing before (developing a new operating system or curing cancer or writing a best-seller or whatever).

Yeah, we are primitive with our science instead of using a novel written by man 2000 years ago to form our EVERY belief.
If you threw a believer into a den of atheists, what happens depends on the believer. If he/she is a holier that thou douchebag (like you apparantly), they would get eaten. If they were cool, good people(like some religious types I've known) then they would be invited in for some board games and a kegstand.

Atheists are just like people who believe in a god. The only difference is people need to believe in a god to make them do the right thing. And atheists just do the right thing because it's the right thing to do.

I guess we would agree that we are beasts or at least animals.

I would like to think we would take turns educating him though. We have learned through experience and observation that it take quite a bit of education to educate a Christian, as their first instinct is to reject reality for traditional belief.

If you throw a bible into a group of Atheists we would ignore it just as we do now. If you throw a believer into the group we would not fight over who educates him, we would be nice to him until or unless he started "preaching" his nonsense then its on...

Throwing a bible at an atheist won't provoke a brawl. It might provoke hysterical laughter, though.

I sure do miss that thumbs down for stupid questions.

*inserts imaginary thumbs down*

No, you need to throw a laptop in with only one account to R&S, then you'll see the brawl.

Dude, quit throwing stuff on my porch. I have to keep cleaning it up every time because the squirrels or cats get at the bags.

JUST BRING IT BACK TO YOUR APT WITH YOU!

If believing that some magical being made all in a few days and that we're made of clay is NOT PRIMITIVE.....

Thanks but in a den of atheists I'd probably have something far more diverting to read... and far more stimulating people to talk to.

I don't think I'd even notice.
