Must be a good job, spending time on the R&S. Ha ha! Anyway, get up and move around and drink coffee. I used to work Midnights in a Nursing Home, so I know the meaning of falling asleep on the job. Good luck, Sweetie, just a few more hours to go!

Get up...walk around. Drink some water, sometimes its because you are dehydrated. Go to the bathroom, and rinse your hands with cold water. Hang in there, just a few more hours hon!!

Get up and go for a walk. Go outside if you can for a few minutes. Have a cup of coffee (if you drink coffee) when you come back.

Ask your boss to go home because your very tired and not opperating to your full capability to make their company any money, and if he says no, then say I cant promise any thing and if he says yes, enjoy the nap because by the sound of it your very tired, and you deserve your god given freedom to sleep...
