I have been chewing bones for so long and i love them, why?

Well there are several reasons:

During the puppy stage: They chew on bones (or most anything else) to ease the pain of their baby teeth.

During the adult stage: This triggers their natural instinct in their wolf ancestry. They are eating their prey (carcass and all) and getting every last morsel from it. Some owners feed their dogs some real bones (Ox tail bones) as a source of calcium in their diet. Mostly now these fake bones you buy at the store are covered with so much flavoring the dogs find them irresistible and chomp them down as soon as they get them.

Dogs chew to chew... some dogs take out frustration by chewing as well

I really don't know the answer to that but I heard it has to deal with their teeth and gums
