I agree with the last person it could be the way you are sleeping. Try to sleep on your back this is the best way to keep from experiencing pain.

This pain could also be coming from your neck. The nerves from the neck go all the way down to your fingertips. Use a heating pad or hot towels on your neck for fifteen minutes before going to bed. This will relax the muscle and hopefully start reducing the pain.

If you can get a good massage from a qualified therapist that would really help your situation and they would be able to give you specific instructions on what to do to stop this problem.

If the pain continues see your medical doctor.

You may be sleeping on your arm in strange positions causing your circulation to be blocked . Maybe recently your sleeping habits have changed causing you to be a much heavier sleeper. So maybe you are on your arm for such a long amount of time that it takes longer for the circulation to get fully restored throughout your arm and hand. If this persists and it continues to concern you, I recommend going to your family doctor.

You're probably lying on your arm while sleeping thusly cutting off the circulation.

I'm a stomach sleeper and I have this issue because I lie on my arm.
