I've been changing over time...not because of programming more but getting rid of the programming I have.

Spontenaity is just if it is true and not contrived reaction. Programming gets in the way of this.

Like we are programmed to get mad in certain situations - you don't have to get mad at all (and it would be spontaneous).

Well!

I have never been programmed a day in my life, though many may think all Christians are.

I love spontaneity, it is so difficult to get all dark and despondent, when things can change at any time, whether I participate in a change or not. Spontaneity keeps me on my toes!

As far as the same things making me mad, like in everything else, there are those few specifics: ignorance (on purpose, baiting from deliberate obtuseness or obstinacy), cruelty, bandwagonism & stereotyping, abortions (what did the kid do?), hatred, exclusivity, unfairness, injustice, intolerance...and so on.

Happy? Almost anything: sunshine, fresh-mown grass, happy surprises, good news, babies (human or animal), roses, and pretty much any other flower, the exhilarating clean smell after rain, a clean kitchen (the kids...), a clean house, a good book, a better romance, clean comedy, whipped cream over a huge banana split or hot chocolate, generosity & kindness, empathy, a great cup of coffe or tea, children's laughter, a good movie, kisses & other affection...and so on.

Sadly, anything not right or worse with the things that anger me or make me happy: bad news, most reported news, lack of change in society where change is sorely needed, and much of the aforementioned things in the anger list, in additon to other things.

Frustrated? Frequently.

I realize you can't change people, so I don't try. But sometimes you can't help but wish all the silliness and stupidity could be over and done with, and the world can be a happy, productive place to be born, live, pursue happiness, then satisfied and content, kiss it all goodbye without worrying about who to hide your money from. Who cares, as long as good comes of it?

Meanwhile millions are in peril and perishing globally, and people keep doing their level best to not part with their dimes, steal everyone elses', while encouraging the fianancially strictured to help the needy. Like the poor are unaware of the needy. The world needs sensitivity training, not to mention a generosity boot camp.

Spontaneity is not only necessary, it definitely has it's place. If for no other reason than to help shake the gloom. Or redirect perspective.

Hope I helped!

I rarely get mad at anything on a regular basis, politics do tend to get me going at times...
Things that make me happy; sunshine, love, the beach, working out, my puppy, and prayer.
Things that make me sad; prejudism, rejection, loss, and thieves.
I get frustrated, I don't let the outside world ruin my optimistic outlook on life. It is simply not worth it in the end.
As for my spontenaity, I like to keep things fun and exciting in my life by simply jumping in the car (sometimes in the middle of the night), and taking off wherever. I have spontaneous feelings all of the time, I tend to believe in whimsy (where spontenaity goes), so it is easy to keep things interesting.
So I guess regimented is not for me, but spontenaity is the bomb!!
Cheers
