im trying to get a job driving a truck but everyone is telling me well you need 12 months safe driving...well how can i get 12 months safe driviing if no one will hire me?? im tryin to find a company that will hire me ive tried just about every big company including swift....anyone have any suggestions id greatly appreciate it

i have tried applying with swift and companies....i havent got a bad record at all....only thing on my record is on my dac and its a rear end collision...my driving record is clean as it can get...no tickets or anything....i wasnt even ticketed in the wreck i had.....truckin companies r like well u need 12 months safe driving well hell...how can i get 12 months safe driving if no one will hire me.....i already do have my cdl's class A..and my wreck was in a 18 wheeler

sorry dude, if swift wont heir you, you must have a bad record, they will take anyone!!
you will probley half to Waite a year or two and go to a school to get your cdl.

more -- i see you added you have a bad dats, well some small co will take you, it depends what the record has on it, you might try paper to drive dump tk or something for a whileto help clean your record. dont know where you live but my boss has a open truck????

Looks like you change professions for the next 12 months until you have a year of safe driving again.

Put an ad in the paper driver for hire.
I did this once and drove a bunch of U-hauls
for people that were scared to drive bigger
vehicles when they were moving.
This might get you by for 12 months.

You have more than one accident because there are many companies out there that hire "anyone"! The fact you had a rear ender with a truck will make it a little more difficult but not impossible! KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!

Get any other kind of job for 12 months and then reapply for your truck driving work. That should do it.
