Ive already figured out how to subtract capacity from attendance [capacity]-[attendance] and now i need to limit the results to extra capacity greater than 200. Anyone have any idea?

So add one more line to the query builder, with link expression AND, then enter your expression, criteria is greater than, and value = 200.

In SQL, it might appear as:

SELECT *
FROM yourTable
WHERE yourFieldValue > 200
