Foxholes are a place to hide (when you really need to hide) and I don't think atheists ever have a need to hide from anything or anyone (except maybe the occasional Church Rally at the 8th Baptist Church of the Shining Star and Super Constellation Congregation...those people can be dangerous if on a fund-raiser). So to answer the question, as a general rule, there are no foxholes for atheists.

But they do need a blankie every once in a while...

Yes, there are some foxholes in their life if they would be honest and tell the truth. A foxhole in the life of a atheist can be his or her marriage falling apart, being addicted to drugs, pornography. They can have a financial foxhole in their life. Also, depression, hopelessness, and on and on.

Many atheists are total foxes - I'd be very surprised if they couldn't be found in foxholes...and Bill has taken that statement to its logical conclusion.
