If for some reason your kidneys are not functioning properly you can get too much protein. Your kidneys has to filter protein, potassium , sodium etc. It they are working less than normal they can't properly filter and these things in turn hurt
your body. This is only in cases where a person has a serious kidney problem.
Calcium is good for teeth & bones. Milk and yogurt are good food for this, read labels to find others.
Spinach and green leafy foods are great for the eyes. There
are others too.

1)As with most items you have eaten too much of-it will be turned into starch or fat with in your body and be stored against future need

2)Calcium rich foods will help with bone or teeth growth

3) Carrots will or anything else rich in Beta Carotene
