Lot of my muslim friends have changed for better after they converted from Islam. Don't tell this to anyone. Please! Or their life will be in jeopardy!

Yes you would change once you have been saved. God does change you and make you into the man or woman of God He wants you to be. God does exist. You making a comment won't world feel the pain since Satan can give you more than you will ever know.

Of course people change. You say "convert" but not to what so, I'm answering "in general."

Converts are always the "strongest" or the zealots of a given group. People "born into" certain beliefs are usually much more relaxed. It makes sense, if you are "so much into" something other than how you were raised that you literally "convert," then it's really, really important to you and you're going to want to share that. It's just psychology, not an effect of one particular faith (or whatever).

Chacun a son gout! What's important is for converts to "whatever" to realise that not everyone will share their enthusiasm. I try to remember this when I get over-enthusiastic with friends (and I include that I do not expect for them to share my sentiment but I hope I can still share my experiences with them as they're my friends).

Sometimes. St. Paul says: "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

That can certainly cause some outward changes!

Yes , people change if they truly have accepted the Lord.If you really would let God in your heart you would change no matter what you say now.He takes alot of our old desires and changes them into Godly desires. What I mean by that is everything we say and do or go would be based on his direction. You wouldn't be able to help yourself. It would just come naturally

Good question, I would say yes. Because suddenly sin is now a struggle, and with a new view of life, your personality almost has to change along with your eyes being opened. It takes an external entity to do this, this cannot be our own impetus in changing ourselves.

one of the fundamental rules of religion is to defend your faith. im a born again christian and i wouldnt convert if someone tried to make me at gun point. you know whats real to you and evn for some wierd reasom your convinced your religion is bogus you might have lesser morales but as a person allthogether you wouldnt be any different just confused for a while. -god bless and peace out.

I think most people chose to convert because they changed already.

I'd think that they would want to change. They don't want to be known as a hypocrite.
