Beer tends to be an acquired taste.

If you are drinking cheap domestic beer, it may never taste very good. I would recommend you try imported beer, or microbrews. An ESB (extra special bitter) or IPA (india pale ale) are both generously hopped (brewed with flowers) that improve the flavor. The bitterness of hops counteracts the sweetness of the malt, which is what makes beer palatable. Cheap beers often skip the hops and water down the lager.

Some folks never develop a taste for beer. Everyone is different--even identical twins. Don't force yourself to drink that which you cannot abide--life is too short not to enjoy it.

In addition to Black + Tans, we now have made Black + Reds. That's the Lindemann's Framboise Lambic (raspberry beer) with both Brooklyn Chocolate Stout or Young's Double Chocolate Stout poured on most sensible. The outcome is a chocolate-raspberry beer that's obviously powerful, and makes a quality dessert beer (often known as a YoungBerry in the event you use the Young's) We've additionally combined Blue Point Blueberry Lager with Oatmeal Stout on most sensible, to type a Black and Blue (often known as a Blueberry Pancake, on account that that is what it tastes like) There's not anything fallacious with blending beers, above all whilst they have got two flavors that still combine good on the earth of meals. But they must be two very one of a kind consistencies, like stout and lager.

Someone finally ask something I know. Ha!
Sometimes you will develop a taste for Beer and sometimes you may not. Also, different brands taste different! So, you may want to experiment and find one you like. I drank Bud for a long time and wanted different and now drink Miller. My friends like that Natural Ice I think that it and it made by Bud. But, I not like the taste, though it will get me drunk faster than Miller. Some of those Samuel Adams Beers are great and he got a lot to experiment with.

It's definitely an acquired taste. I hated it for awhile, but one day I tried it again and found that I liked it. I love it now!

Try Miller High Life (that's the first beer I was actually able to drink.) or Miller Light. They're both pretty watery, which equals drinkable. You gotta work up your beer pallet before you'll enjoy stronger varieties.

Yes, completely normal. It will probably take you a while to really start liking the taste, I dunno, years maybe... but then a really good beer is like nothing else. Weird that. In the meantime you could stick with the weaker tasting beers, like Bud in the US, or especially cold-filtered lagers (drunk cold too). I stuck with Hahn Ice in Australia for years.... actually, come to think of it, I think I started liking the taste of that pretty quickly. Now I would think what taste. Also, you could try more expensive pale ale boutique beers. Anyway, point is, don't stress, it's completely normal.

don't drink the crap in all the shitty football commercials. drink a craft beer from a local brewery. I promise the taste will be 100X better and much more fresh. anything with the word "light" or "lite" on the label is crap. its beer flavored water. try an American pale ale, or an American lager. they are easy going, low abv with tons of flavor. I promise youll enjoy it!

You probably just don't have the alcoholic gene in you. I avoided alcohol for such a long time but the moment I tasted it I couldn't get enough of it. I love beer too,

You will be avoiding a lot of problems if you just don't drink. A lot of people think it's cool to tell everyone what stupid things they did while drunk. People never start drinking saying to themselves "wow I can't wait until I'm a pathetic drunk!" But it will happen!

It takes time to really appreciate any drink. Although beers are very common, many drinkers also prefer wine!
