The absolute worst song, at least lyrically, is LFO's 'Summer Girls.'... hands down. Just look at these gems for lines:

You're the best girl that I ever did see
The great Larry Bird jersey 33

When you take a sip you buzz like a hornet
Billy Shakespeare wrote a whole bunch of sonnets

Stayed all summer the went back home
Macaulay Culkin was in Home Alone

Fell deep in love, but now we ain't speakin
Michael J. Fox was Alex P. Keaton

There was a good man named Paul Revere
I feel much better baby when you're near

Summertime girls are the kind I like
I'll steal your honey like I stole your bike

Like the color Purple, Macaroni and cheese
Ruby red slippers, and a bunch of trees

It's like they would think of a line, and go "Hmmm, what rhymes with near? I got it! Paul Revere." This song is the biggest joke of all time. Everytime I hear someone playing it, I get the sudden urge to punch babies in the face, that's how mad I get.

The song War. "War, huh! What is it good for? Absolutely nothing! Say it again!"
This is the stupidest song ever written. It is a lie. It is saying that there is no good cause to fight a war, and that just isn't right, now is it? Although this song was written about Vietnam, the song doesn't say that. It says war. I guess the victims of 9/11, according to this song writer, Bob Marley, are not justified in wanting a war, to protect America from more terrorist attacks? Because George W. Bush did think they were justified, we haven't had anymore terrorist attacks on American soil, or American planes. We are at war with the Terrorists. If we didn't go to war with them, and did the cowardly thing like Spain did, after they were attacked by al-qaeda, 300 people dying on a bombed train, and because of that, they elected a socialist leader, and stopped helping America, in the war, we would have been attacked again. Just like Spain is being threatened AGAIN by al-Qaeda now.
(I just answered a question last night from a Spaniard, wanting to know if America will help them if al-Qaeda attacks them again, being that al-Qaeda has threatened Spain, to attack them). To a terrorist, whether you comply with their thinking or not, as the relationship between Spain, and the al-Qaeda has shown, terrorists will kill you, just because they can. There is no reasoning with a terrorist.

Boys and girls take warning,
when you go near the lake.
Keep your eyes wide open,
and look for sneaky snake.
Now maybe you won't see him,
and maybe you won't hear,
but he'll sneak up behind you,
and drink all of your root beer.

Chorus
..and then sneaky snake goes dancing,
a giggling and a hissing...

I heard this song when I was a little kid and unfortunately, it is still stuck in my head!!! Make it stop!
