We are Iranians and we live in US and my wife is a US citizen. She sponsered me to get green card and now after 2 years and couple of interviews I still have not received my green card. I have been in this country since 1994, as a Student and then on H1 visa and never had any immigration or legal problems and in past 14 years I never been back to Iran just a 3 months trip to Canada for job training.

its possible the delay is due to fingerprint and background check within the FBI database....if not then you will have to contact the abjudicator who interviewed you last and get an explanation....also its not too uncommon to wait between 2-4 yrs to receive a green card....maybe you just have to wait a little bit longer....hope things work out for you....good luck

I would strongly suggest that you get an immigration lawyer to look at your case. It sounds like you need some help that people on this forum aren't able to give you. Good luck.
