Hector Camacho wasn't too bad. Marvin Hagler was good and Pernell Whitaker was a very talented champion.

Hagler was ambidextrous, not a pure southpaw.
Greatest southpaw of all time - Pernell Whitaker; cute, flashy fighter with average power, but managed to clean out FOUR weight divisions.
He was also able to dig deep and get the KO if he needed to, as was evidenced in his 11th round KO of Diobelys Hurtado, when he was behind on all the cards, and the superfight with De La Hoya was slipping away.

Good question! Marvin Hagler would also be my pick and my second choice would be Pernell Whitaker.

Hagler is hard to argue against, there haven't been that many championship caliber southpaws, let alone "great" ones.
Heavyweight/LIghtheavy: Michael Moorer
Middleweight: Marvin Hagler
Welter: Pernel Whitaker (I wasn't sure Sweet Pea was a lefty, thanks jcns thumbs up.)
I'm gonna wait for the rest of answers I'm curious myself, Great question.
