What was it like? I have to wear one for 48 hours soon.

They are an aggravation but not something you can't handle. This is to see what is going on with your cardiac system over a period of time and a great diagnostic tool. Good luck.

My curiosity has got the best of me! What the ---- is a 'holter moniter' ? the word holter is not in my dictionary,perhaps in a medical one? anyway if it" monitoring" then it sounds like comfort not a priority,u would think the person persribing it would give u an idea re. comfort.

it wasn't a really big deal. the worst inconvenience for me was keeping a log/journal of all my movements and activities so the cardiologist could see which activities were affecting my heart rate the most. the time you spend wearing it and documenting your activities will be well spent.
