cook a nice meal and maybe a glass or two of wine (spaghetti not good though it can get everywhere) have a bubble bath run ready for him when he gets home with candles around the bath, dim the lights have nice slow music playing in the background and candles on the table then the rest will naturally follow you could also watch a romantic film together
also try leaving love notes around maybe one on the wine bottle so he'll see it when he pours the wine etc

Any meal can be romantic, depending on how you do it. For example, say you order pizza delivery. You can make it romantic by turning it into a picnic on the living room floor. Set out a blanket, light some candles, serve soda in wine glasses, have some soft music in the background, take turns feeding each other slices of pizza... Even cooking together can be romantic, as long as you make it fun and you connect while you do with it.

Be creative and most importantly, have fun!

I would say that any meal you cook with care and love would constitute being a romantic meal. It doesn't really matter what you eat. (You could try a spaghetti bolognaise or something simple like that which won't take long to prepare). Set the table with candles and wine. Turn the lights down low and show him how much you care!

Make him a steak, with some diced baked baby red potatoes, seasoned all nice, and some steamed green beans or broccoli - that is a great meal, and it's the meat-potatoes meal men love!!! If you really want to get girly-flirty-romantic, I would serve something that had to do with fish. Light some candles, play some music, voila!

a romantic meal is one where a little bit of effort is made. by making the surroundings and table different from the normal day to day standards you are used to will make it feel special. the meal can be elaborated by adding starters, dessert and wine.
just step it up a bit.

Baked salmon, salad with Italian dressing and wine is always good. It tastes good, but not so heavy on the stomach. That allows you to be energetic in the bedroom. Have fun.
