What if perfection is based upon God's standard, though? Could there be a standard that transcends even God if He exists?

If God is real, what would determine "perfectness"? Our opinion or His?

Can you give an example of anything that you would consider to be perfect? It seems that everything in our world is less than perfect. Therefore, the answer to your question is yes if and only if there is a god.

God created that perfect route as well as imperfection.

According to the old testament. He, "Hardened pharaoh's heart,"so he would not let the Jews leave Egypt despite the fact pharaoh wanted to let them go. Then killed the guy for not doing it. Is a 2 faced god perfect? I don't think so.

'Perfect' has two meanings. One means 'pure' which I think is the attribute people usually mean when describing this deity... but the other means 'whole'. This would be more encompassing, and I think, the more interesting of the two.

I think that He does everything for a reason. And yes we do have free will, because we're supposed to go through things for a reason.

what is your definiton of God? even if you don't believe in God, you have to have a definition of what you think it isn't to pose these questions. seriously think about it
