So I don't know if there is something wrong with my eyes but I always see these little things floating around. They don't really look like anything other than when I see one the image is distorted a bit (it's just blurry wherever they are floating around and I can see a very faint outline). And the things have multiple shapes and figures. They float around for about 10 seconds and then they're gone. They usually come out of the bottom of my eyesight and move up and then they fall back down. I don't think it's my eyesight because when I put something in front of my eyes I can't see them anymore but when I bring it back it is there again. I probably see one every 15 minutes or so. Sorry this is such a bad explanation but it's hard to explain.
So does anyone else see these or are my eyes just messed up?

Oh yeah I forgot to add that I'm only 16 and that I generally only see them when I'm outside. And I've had them for as long as I can remember.

You may sometimes see small specks or clouds moving in your field of vision. They are called floaters. You can often see them when looking at a plain background, like a blank wall or blue sky. Floaters are actually tiny clumps of gel or cells inside the vitreous, the clear jelly-like fluid that fills the inside of your eye.
Floaters may look like specks, strands, webs or other shapes. Actually, what you are seeing are the shadows of floaters cast on the retina, the light-sensitive part of the eye.

Sometimes after looking at light, you can see shadows and little things floating around, are they still there when you c lose your eyes? Every 15 minutes does not sound normal and the blurriness is troublesome. Make an appointment with an opthamologist or your GP just to be sure. You shouldn't mess aroudn with your eye sight because damage in the eye is permenant.

That is actually normal. I see the same things sometimes. Generally outside. I have a really strong prescription of contacts, so I see everything extremely clear. Your eyes are just sensitive to light. No worries bud

My dad has the same thing. If you go to the eye doctor and explain the problem, they can give you drops to put in which will decrease the floaters. You won't have to use the drops forever.

That is normal when you are in the sunlight, but if you are having anymore problems with your eyes, have them checked. But, you will be ok with the spots, I see the same things when I outside for a long time.

You might just have dust in your eyes, I sometimes see little squiggly things floating around, but not just when I'm outside.
