I have oily skin and found that most cleaners and acne medicines from the store never work like they say they will....I pour boiling water in the sink and put a towel over my head and sink to steam my face. And then when I am done I clean it with cotton balls and rubbing alcohol...the steaming gets all the dirt and oil out and the alcohol cleans it off and then keeps my skin from being so oily and it dries up the acne.....

Have your mom take you to a dermatologist. Sometimes acne is caused by an infection on the inside, not on the surface of your skin.
