i'm a skater and for like 7 days my leg muscles hurt a lot when i lean down.What can i do to get rid of them?

i'm a skater and i can't skate and that pisses me off!

you probably over did something in your legs, the best treatment is rest, you can consider ibuprofen or acetamenophin but your physician will tell you the dose depending on your age and weight, good luck
