No, all the pork the republicans have been putting in the military funding bills the last 4 years have had no effect on them.

I bet there would be a Major change if we stopped using lead bullets and started firing pig bone pellets at them. Remember Pershing's method? he rounded up 50 insurgents, slaughtered 3 pigs, had his men dip their bullets in the blood and shot 49 of them and let the last one go to tell the tale. it ended the problem that very day.
