My daily routine consists of waking up at 6am, eating one serving of Healthy Start cereal with one cup of skim milk. At 9am, I have either an orange, banana, or a cup of low fat yogurt. For noon I have a Weight watchers "Smart One" tv dinner, a low calorie snack at 2, then I run/walk 4 miles, I drink a bottle of water with Propel in it, and for dinner I have a Healthy Shoice TV dinner. I do this every day. Will I lose?

It sounds to me like you need to get some FRESH food into your diet. Your serving sizes are easy with the "frozen dinners," but you really need to get more fresh veggies in there. If you get too few calories, your body will begin to shut down as it has no fuel in order to participate in your physical activity. Try to also take a multivitamin in the morning to help get your nutrients as your food definately does not give you enough of those. Don't forget to keep drinking water throughout the day so that you don't get dehydrated and I think that you will do very well!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

As long as it doesn't get too boring .... it should help you to lose some weight.

You did mention Weight Watchers so I would suggest you check out their web site and see if you can't find some good tips there to eat more of a variety of foods.

Many of my friends and family have had great success with their program! Good Luck!

It sounds like an excellent plan, but check your total calories to be sure, as others said. And losing weight the right way takes time, so do don't get discouraged. Good luck!

Add up the calories in all the stuff you eat per day, and compare them to the number for your gender, age, height and current weight to maintain yourself. If you're consuming at least 500 calories below your maintenance level, you will lose weight. Subtract all calories burned during exercise to the number you've eaten.

That sounds like a very good and healthy diet and excercise plan. If you previously consumed more calories and or excercised less, you will definitely lose weight.

I think you are really going in the right direction. The two things I would add is a good multi vitamin and plenty of water. Good luck.

You will lose weight - but drink more water and eat more fruit - maybe one in the afternoon.

Drink more water, and don't just focus on losing the weight, focus on your diet too x
