I'm not a guy, but from what I've been told they prefer real ones to fake. Even if the real ones are small or saggy, they would rather have them like that than look good and perky but feel like hard rubber. Lots of times women lose the sensation in their nipples from the surgery and hell, what's the point of that! My nipples are my most favorite hot spot. Anyway, that's my two cents.

Real, no matter what size. Women that think they need to have surgery to get bigger boobs, really need counseling for their insecurities and self esteem issues. The only time fake should be allowed is for reconstruction after breast cancer.

Real ones. God did a better job on breasts than the plastic surgeon. LOL As long as they are no bigger than D cups and they don't sag like two tube socks on her chest, then I am all good.

real that's what my guy told me when i wanted brest implants he said that he likes real so and i know from watching those dating shows that most guys like real
