..i was passing by him and i looked up and he was staring at me, he then smiled and gave me a nod, the eye contact was very intense as well. we are not good friends or anything, jus aquantances, my friend was beside me and she noticed it too..what does this mean?

He pretty much finds you attractive. Of course if he stares too long, then he might be a little creepy as well. Of course too if the guy is still in adolecense, then he may be awkward and shy about aproaching a girl to flirt with her.
