first of all, you are very young and while that is thin, as long as you know you are healthy then don't worry. Some people are just built with crazy fast metabolisms. I was a twig my whole life until I hit 21, and then I just suddenly filled out. but I know how you feel, it is so hard. fat people will never understand our problems! (Also keep in mind how lucky you are to able to eat whatever you want without worrying. You will count this as a blessing very soon. I promise)

and im at my healthy weight.
People have been telling me that for years! 'your too skinny, you need meat on your bones!' it made me self-consious. skinny girls get it just as much as fat girls, if not worse because people will just come right out and say it. Ive never been anorexic and never dieted. i dont even exercise. My mom is 109. were just small people. When i was 17 i weighed 95 pounds. when i moved out i gained a little weight. If your happy then screw what everyone else says.
as long as your not unhealthy, than dont mess with your weight.

hey, don't worry about it. do you eat healthy and on a regular basis? if so, then you just have a high metabolism. i'm 23 and weigh a few pounds more than you. people at my job and even on the street make comments about my weight. even my md thought i was anorexic. i am far from it. be thankful b/c when you get older or have kids, being slim may not come so easy. maybe you could try working out to build a little muscle...

I am sorry that your loved ones are making fun of u.sometimes what we look like can not be changed,that may be your case.you really should see a dr.,he or she can tell u if it is genetic or if there is something else going on;then the dr. will advise u on some remedies or perhaps councelling to get u through this and help u deal with it if it is something that cannot be changed.all the best.

eat and lift heavy weights. but that doesnt garauntee that u will gain weight but that is a good start. your genetics may not allow to gain too much weight at this stage in your life. Genetics plays a powerful role in our bodies

well....if u eat late like at 9 then go to bed without doing any physical activity (including Sex....) then go to bed the fat will lay on u and just keep building up and you'll gain weight fast.......but dont get carried away now......

you need to eat. eating is the best way to gain weight. if its fat u want. if u want muscle then u need to do some weight lifting.

eat lots of carbs, and since muscle weighs more than fat i suggest a little bit of weightlifting too.
