When you sleep you create different bodies in the dream. Before you go to sleep, the dream did not exist, and when you wake up, cease to exist. Exist only when you are sleeping. Similarly our life and our bodies are dream like. Before you taking birth, where were you? and when you die, where are you going? According to some people, You exist in the present, when you are alive, but no before and after. If that so, why are you alive now when you were not before?. Then how your life came? The truth is that you eternally existing, and you are just creating bodies life after life, in your dream like condition, according to your desires of enjoy this material existence.

The wise writer of the Bible book of Ecclesiastes said: “A name is better than good oil, and the day of death than the day of one’s being born.” (Ecclesiastes 7:1) Why would the day of one’s death be better than the day of one’s birth? Because at birth a person has no established reputation. His personal slate is totally blank. His life course will result in either a positive or a negative reputation. For those who have established a good name over the years, the day of death is indeed better in that respect than the day of birth.

trueth is fact birth is fact and death is fact therefore birth and death are true.why?you cant be here unless you were born and once born you will die.now spiritual aspect trueth is the Bible, your born physically and in sin and reborn spiritually(acceptance of Christs' salvation)and die once physically.
