I tried Slim Fast when it first came out.

The powdered Chocolate drink tasted like cardboard (they have since "improved" the taste, from what I understand on their advertising).

In my HONEST opinion, rather than use Slim-fast, use a protein packed meal substitute, like Spirutein.

It's a little more expensive, but comes in a wide variety of flavors, and is a LOT more filling!!!

The one I buy is Chocolate, and let me tell you, it is so rich and thick it literally tastes like you're drinking chocolate cake batter!

I have it at breakfast, and find I'm only marginally hungry at lunch.

To me, it's super, and you can find it at most GNC's, but for the wider variety in flavors, go to an Akins or other health food store.

I personally love it. I buy the powder though. I don't like the premixed. They are too thick for me. And it is less expensive than other diets. You have to use skim milk. It kills me when people mix the slim fast with whole or 2% milk. What are they thinking? It's like diet coke and a bacon cheeseburger.

No diet works without increasing your exercise. And you need to be including nutritious snacks in there as well.

The only problem with slimfast is there is no real way to regulate it due to energy level. Lets say I am very active and probably need to be taking in about 1800 calories a day. You may not be very active and may only need 1500 calories a day. There is very lil way to modify that as it is a scoop for a certain amount of milk.

If she seems at what percentage energy are in a shake she would as well eat a low cal sandwich or a bowl of soup and a bun and a minimum of she ought to experience fuller. To me they're a gimmick and in no way designed contained in the destiny to artwork. i have tried each weight-relief plan common to guy and the in elementary words thanks to free weight is to eat healthful and elements your self occasional treats so it would not look like your depriving your self.

slim-fast is like most other diets. it works well if you're able to stick with it. i personally don't like the stuff slimfast makes, and so it doesn't work for me.

I don't like their shakes me , they left hungry. But I like the snack bars ( not the meal bars) they taste good and are low in calories.
